About the Course
Chinese Classical Dance is a profound art form that combines ancient philosophy, martial traditions, and refined movement language. In this class, students explore flowing gestures, symbolic hand movements, spirals, and dynamic jumps, developing both physical strength and expressive depth.
Through structured exercises and choreographic sequences, dancers will learn how to:
Refine posture, flexibility, and grace.
Integrate breathing with movement.
Cultivate a unique awareness of energy (Qi) flowing through the body.
Discover the expressive vocabulary of gestures, hands, and eyes.
This training not only strengthens technique but also expands artistic interpretation, allowing dancers to connect with the spiritual and healing roots of Chinese culture.
